Customers intending to place orders at the Online Store must first register. By registering in an Online Store, You will acquire a user name that is identical to your email address and a user-defined password. The user name and the password are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered Customer's information. By registering You certify and warrant that You are of age and that You possess the legal right to enter into binding contracts. By registering You become a user and acquire the right to purchase. By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer.

The personal data requested during the registration must be true and correct. In particular, the Customer may not enter any third-party data and in the event of any changes shall be under obligation to immediately update his or her personal data in the Online Store.

Once the order is placed, the Customer (buyer) receives an email notification from the Seller that the order has been accepted. This concluded the contract of sale between the Seller and the Customer. From now on, all the prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both, the Seller and the Customer. The Customer has access to the information on the status and content of the order. Upon receipt of the order, the Seller checks the order and the availability of the products ordered, and confirms the order or refuses it for a valid reason. Upon confirmation of the order, the Seller informs the Customer of the expected delivery date. At this point, the purchase agreement of the products ordered between the Seller and the Customer is irrevocably concluded.

Delivery times may sometimes be longer than indicated due to delays within the shipping process or higher demand. The Seller assumes no responsibility for damage that would result from longer delivery times.

The Seller prepares and ships the ordered products within the agreed time frame, and informs the Customer via electronic message about the shipment execution. The Seller issues an invoice in paper form to the Customer with itemized costs and explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the purchased products, if necessary and possible.

The buyer is responsible to check the correctness of the information before placing the order. Subsequently placed objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices will not be taken into account.

The payment for the purchase of the products from the Online Store may be made by the payment service provider Braintree, whereas Braintree’s terms and conditions shall apply exclusively; the Customer must have a user account with the respective provider.

All prices in the Online Store are listed in EUR and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All store prices are the prices of the products and do not include shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All prices are valid only for orders placed in the Online Store. All prices apply at the time the order is placed and do not have a predefined validity; therefore they only apply to the respective changes.

Despite the Seller's efforts to provide the most accurate information possible, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In this case the Seller agrees to allow the Customer to cancel the purchase and offer a solution that is beneficial to both parties.

The Seller will ship the purchased products to the Customer within the agreed time frame.

The products in stock are shipped within 15 days. In case the products are not in stock, the Customer shall be promptly informed and the Seller shall ship the ordered products within 22 days.

The production period of custom-made and specially designed products is up to 30 days, whereby such products will be shipped within 37 days.

The Seller reserves the right to longer shipping and delivery times.

Contractual partners for the delivery of packages are specified at the end of the purchase process. The Seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if that could make the delivery process more efficient. The Seller is not responsible for any delays on the part of the contractual delivery service partners, or for any damage to the packaging. The Customer should immediately inspect the received goods and in case of any physical damage, lack of any goods or signs of being opened beforehand, immediately contact the contractual partner for the delivery in order to initiate the complaint procedure with the delivery service.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until We have received the products back or You have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the products or hand them over to Us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which You communicate Your withdrawal from this contract to the following address: Guitar God, Peter Rener s.p., Kot pri Prevaljah 25, 2391 Prevalje, SI- Slovenia by registered mail. The deadline is met if You send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In case of a legitimate complaint, the Customer has the right to replace the product with an identical or a similar one, or claim a full refund.

When returning the products, copy of the invoice and cancellation form shall be sent to the Seller by email to customercare@guitar-god.com

Only exceptional circumstances can be the reason for taking a custom-made product back, replacing it with a new one or reimbursing the whole purchase price (e.g. manufacturing defects).

An individual product works flawlessly only if the Customer follows the instructions provided. In case that the product does not function flawlessly, the Seller guarantees free repair of defects resulting from flaws in materials or production. In case the product cannot be replaced or repaired, the Customer will receive a refund of the purchase price.

The warrant does not apply in case of defects due to improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage, failure to follow instructions and malfunctions in the event of force majeure. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply in case of malfunctions due to unauthorized intervention. Likewise, the warranty does not apply if the product is not maintained in accordance with the instructions.

Scratches, abrasions, etc. that result from daily use of the product are not subject to warranty.

The warranty period lasts for a period of two years and it starts with the date of delivery. When claiming under the warranty, the Customer shall provide the invoice for the product. The warranty does not exclude consumer rights arising from the seller's liability for defects in the products. Repairs carried out after the expiry of the warrant period are payable.
